The full guide
How Wedding Capsule works
From the QR code on the tables to the last comment, here's how every feature fits together — step by step.
Create your page
Enter your names, the wedding date, and pick your plan — Discovery to try it for free, Essentiel or Premium if you already know you want to keep your memories longer. Your page is ready in under two minutes, with its own address.
Customize your page
Theme color, welcome message, the language your guests see (independent of their own browser), photo moderation before publishing: everything is adjustable from your dashboard, any time — even after creation.
The QR code and sharing
A unique QR code is generated automatically. Print it on the tables, slip it into invitations, or display it during the evening — guests just point their camera at it to land directly on your page, nothing to install.
The feed, like a real social network
Every photo a guest sends shows up in a feed, just like Instagram. Other guests like it, comment, tease each other under the photos — the night keeps going long after the last slow dance.
The organized gallery
Every approved photo also lands in a clear gallery, sorted by source: the photographer's, the guests', and a dedicated section for each challenge you've created.
The guestbook
A separate space for longer words — a wish, a story, a memory — that guests leave without hunting for a pen or waiting in line.
Photo challenges
Create fun challenges — "a photo with the DJ", "best dance move" — from your dashboard. They show up in their own tab on your page, and submitted photos automatically group into their own gallery section.
Upload without an account, in seconds
No app to download, no account to create — not even for Grandma. A name, one or more photos, sent. Video included on the Essentiel and Premium plans.
The photographer's photos
Invite your photographer by email: they can send their photos straight from their own space, published instantly without moderation. If they'd rather hand them to you another way, you can also add them yourself from your dashboard.
Moderation, if you want it
By default, guest photos publish immediately. You can turn on moderation in your settings to approve each photo before it appears — handy if you'd rather keep an eye on what gets published.
