Terms of service and sale

1. Purpose

These terms govern the use of the Wedding Capsule service, published by Thomas Faucher (see the legal notice), which lets a couple create a page dedicated to their wedding on which guests can post photos, comment on them, and react, without creating an account. Creating a page implies full and complete acceptance of these terms.

2. Description of plans

Wedding Capsule offers three plans, described in detail on the pricing page:

• Discovery — free, with automatic deletion of the page and photos 3 days after creation.
• Essential — paid access, one-time payment per wedding, no renewal or subscription, up to 500 photos, with automatic deletion of the page and photos 6 months after the wedding date.
• Premium — paid access, one-time payment per wedding, no renewal or subscription, unlimited photos, with automatic deletion of the page and photos 6 months after the wedding date, live wall, photo challenges, one-click ZIP export, and pre-publication moderation.

3. Price and payment

Prices shown are in euros, all taxes included. Payment for the Essential and Premium plans is made in a single installment, at the time of creating or upgrading the page, via our provider Stripe. Wedding Capsule never has access to your banking details.

4. Right of withdrawal

In accordance with Article L221-28 13° of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content supplied on an intangible medium whose performance has begun after the consumer's prior express agreement, having waived their right of withdrawal. By confirming payment for an Essential or Premium plan, you request immediate performance of the service (activation of features on your page) and expressly waive your 14-day right of withdrawal.

5. Content posted by guests

The couple creating a page is solely responsible for choosing whether or not to enable photo moderation before publication. Guests agree to post only lawful photos and messages that are respectful of the people present and free of any illegal, abusive content or content infringing on third-party rights. Wedding Capsule reserves the right to remove, without notice, any clearly unlawful content reported to it.

6. Service availability

Wedding Capsule uses reasonable means to ensure continuous access to the service, without guaranteeing absolute availability. Occasional interruptions related to maintenance or causes beyond our control may occur.

7. Account and data deletion

The couple owning a page can request, at any time, the complete deletion of their page, account, and associated photos, in accordance with our privacy policy. This deletion is final and irreversible.

8. Liability

Wedding Capsule acts as a host for content posted by guests and cannot be held liable for content published by users, provided it promptly removes any clearly unlawful content reported to it, in accordance with French law n°2004-575 of June 21, 2004 on confidence in the digital economy.

9. Changes to these terms

These terms may be changed at any time; the version in force is the one published on this page at the time you use the service.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, and failing an amicable resolution, the competent French courts shall have sole jurisdiction.
